Allow me to add the same therapy activity multiple times
I would also like to be able to add the same activity name more than once so that if I have different activities but the same overall thing I can separate those and have different comments. For example: Visual Motor Worksheet: I may have multiple different types of this and want different comments.

Make centralized billing compatible with FLR
Make Centralized Billing compatible with the FLR app. Currently, the entire charges section isn’t visible when submitting a daily note if Centralized Billing is enabled, which prevents the therapist from seeing the required FLR information.

Search and select multiple HEP to insert into daily note
When adding home activities to a daily note, allow me to search for and select multiple HEP activities. Right now, if I use the search field, I can only search for, select, and insert one at a time.

Alert me if I'm signing an incomplete progress note
When I'm signing off on an evaluation-type document, alert me if I haven't completed all the required fields or if there are empty sections.

Greater distinction between goals in eval-type documents
When editing the goal notes and visibility in a progress note or re-assessment, show me which goals are the long-term goals and which ones are the short-term goals.

Color the headings of all sections in a daily note
When completing a daily note, make all of the section headings a color. For example, make the main SOAP sections one color, and the subsections another color.

Display appointments newest to oldest when creating a document
When creating a document from the Docs tab and attaching it to an appointment, display the appointments in the drop-down from newest to oldest so it's easier to find the appointment I need.

When adding a new goal, make the goal category a search field so that I don't have to scroll through the list.

Decrease space between columns in documentation
The data in some of the evaluation sections appears to be really spread out. Decrease the space between the columns so it doesn't look like there's data missing.

Add the "You’re all caught up. Whoohoo!" message when all of my documents are completed.

Display one graph with the long-term goals and accompanying short-term goals like it was in old Fusion.

Carryover search text when adding a new activity
When searching for an activity and nothing shows up, when clicking the Can't Find It? Add It button, have the text that was typed in the search field automatically insert into the activity name field when adding it.

When viewing the list of HEP activities, allow me to select multiple and add them to the patient's information.

Show charges have been submitted
When working in a daily note, show me that I've already submitted charges. Right now, the button to submit charges goes away but that's not as clear to me and then I worry that I haven't submitted charges.

When completing a document, make all the save buttons green to differentiate it from other buttons.

Make documents a drop-down in the docs tab
When you are on the “Schedule” tab, and you click on “Documents”, the daily notes, evals, progress notes, etc. are listed below that in a darker background. Have this same format on the Docs tab, because it's easier to read.

Change order of columns in document reminders
Allow me to change the order of the columns for document reminders. I would like to see the type of document directly after the patient name since those are the two most important pieces to me.

Customize medical necessity based on discipline
Allow me to change the medical necessity so that it reads differently for each discipline. We have some doctors that treat at our clinic and the medical necessity statement needs to read differently.

Patient acceptance drop-down
Change the field type for "Patient Acceptance" in an evaluation type document from a drop-down to a checkbox to reduce clicks.

Include certification of medical necessity on evaluation & POC
Include the Certification of Medical Necessity or some variation of it on the primary evaluation, not just the Plan of Care. I have doctors that want to see the testing and sign off but don’t want two reports.
