Edit/archive LTG while keeping STGs
Allow me to edit/archive a long-term goal (including the measurement) without affecting the short-term goals attached to it. Right now, I can only archive the LTG which also archives all of the attached STGs.

Remove/edit email when sending documents from Fusion
When sending documents to patients or the family from Fusion, allow me to edit or remove the email address it is being sent from. Sometimes therapists use their personal email address to log-in to Fusion and I don't want that address being displayed in the email when the document is sent.

Allow users to indent sentences on documents
Allow me to indent sentences so that I can create lists and have specific information stand out. Or at least let me add a few spaces before text like I could in old Fusion.

Have cursor appear in password field
When signing off on a document, have the cursor appear in the password field so that I can quickly type my password and sign. This would speed up my documentation so that I don't have to click into the password field.

All caseload specific reminders for therapists
Allow therapists to view all the reminders for their caseload in one place. It would be nice if therapists could view a table that included upcoming dates for their patient's Rx expiration, re-assessment, and birthday.

Don't mix contributing and sign offs in the sign off tab
Don't mix the documents I am contributing on and the documents I need to sign-off on in the same tab.

Improved organization of the assessment sections
Add drop down categories to the Findings/Performance Skills and Functional Measures/Areas of Occupation evaluation areas. When adding a section to one of these areas, viewing the list can get confusing because I'm first drawn to the category name and many of them have the same category name. Allow me to pick a category and then display the sections in that category.

Add the patient's phone number and email to the evaluation document
Add the patient's phone number and email address to the evaluation document. If the patient gets referred out, having the phone number and email address would help our clinic and physicians in communication with those patients.

Show if HEP has already been linked
When scrolling through the list of Home Activities to link in the daily note, show me which ones I've already linked to the patient. When kids see multiple therapists it can be hard to know what has already been given and sometimes I forget which ones I've already given to the patient.

Remove goal start date from documentation
Don't display the start date of the goal on the final document because I don't want insurance to focus on the goal data and not how old the goal is.

Visibility of which daily notes have charges submitted
When viewing the list of daily notes, have a greater distinction of which notes I have already submitted charges for. The time stamp is nice, but I need it the note to stand out more.

Allow me to add the same therapy activity multiple times
I would also like to be able to add the same activity name more than once so that if I have different activities but the same overall thing I can separate those and have different comments. For example: Visual Motor Worksheet: I may have multiple different types of this and want different comments.

Search and select multiple HEP to insert into daily note
When adding home activities to a daily note, allow me to search for and select multiple HEP activities. Right now, if I use the search field, I can only search for, select, and insert one at a time.

Alert me if I'm signing an incomplete progress note
When I'm signing off on an evaluation-type document, alert me if I haven't completed all the required fields or if there are empty sections.

Greater distinction between goals in eval-type documents
When editing the goal notes and visibility in a progress note or re-assessment, show me which goals are the long-term goals and which ones are the short-term goals.

Easier selection in evaluation areas
When making selections in an evaluation section, allow me to click the word so that I don't have to click the small radio button or checkbox.

Make objective and goal notes a separate tab
Our clinic uses centralized billing and our therapists type in their CPT codes in the Objective and Goal Notes section in a daily note. Our billers review this section when adding charges and it's a lot to scroll through to get there, especially if the patient has a lot of goals. Make this section its own separate tab on the left so that our billers can easily jump there to review this section.

Don't require an operator for goals
When adding a goal to a patient, don't require an operator for the goal data target (e.g. at least, at most, exactly).

Add step numbers back to evaluation tabs
List the tabs on an evaluation as Steps 1,2,3,4 etc as in the old Fusion
