When I'm deactivating therapy activities, home activities, etc. keep it consistent across Fusion so I know how to do it every time.

When adding standardized tests, allow me to add a description under each table or subtest.

Save a physician to several locations with different phone numbers, fax numbers, and addresses.

Allow a 9-digit zip code for physicians
Allow a nine-digit zip code space for all referring physicians. Some payers require the 9 digit zip code, and right now, we have to keep the information stored outside of Fusion. It is time-consuming for all concerned to have to go to another area to look up this info.

Select default history items by service type
Allow me to select different default history items for each service type.

Viewing activity lists
Adjust activity lists in the admin tab so that I can view multiple lists at the same time. Also, show me which lists have activities attached.

Deactivate outcome measures
Allow me to deactivate Outcome Measures because they will be updated/discontinued over time and I can't delete a measure that has been used on documentation.
