Track employment documents

Set up new user without being charged
Allow me to add a new user to my clinic without being charged for them yet. For example, if we've hired a new therapist, we want to be able to set up their schedule prior to them starting.

Save physician address and populate when adding another physician at the same location
When adding a physician in the Admin tab, have Fusion save the address so when I add another physician at the same location, Fusion recognizes the practice name and auto-populates the address without me having to type it all over again.
