When viewing a patient's information, the space between the field name and the actual information makes it difficult to read. For example, the field "Name" is aligned left, but the patient's name is aligned right.

Hide goals based on discipline
Allow me to hide other discipline's goals so that only selected discipline's goals are displayed at a time. Example: If a patient receives ST, OT & PT, but I only want to see OT goals, then allow me to hide the ST and PT goals.
