Add inclusion terms to diagnosis codes
Add all the inclusion terms for an ICD 10 diagnosis code. For example, F80.0 is listed in Fusion as Phonological Disorder, but it also includes Dyslalia, Lalling, Lisping, etc. Have the code include all of the terms listed.

Don't allow therapists to add patients
As an administrator, let me prevent therapists from adding patients to Fusion because I only want appointed/trained users to create them in the system.

Capture patient availability
Allow me to indicate when the patient is available for appointments and access that information somewhere in Fusion.

Change location of delete and download buttons under patient files
If I've uploaded a file to the patient's information, the delete and download buttons next to the file are right next to each other. Change the location of these buttons or move them farther apart because sometimes I accidentally click the delete button instead of the download button.

Access all patient documentation from one place
Allow me to access all documentation for all of my patients in one place. We review/audit hundreds of notes daily and it would be easier to do this in one place rather than opening each patient individually.

Have patient notes function the same as case notes
Allow me to add separate/individual notes to the Notes section of the Patient Information that have a date and time stamp, like how they appear in Case Notes.

Allow me to create a new document from the patient's documentation center.

Search patient by first initial
Allow me to type in one letter in the patient search bar and only have patient first names that begin with that letter be displayed. Right now it displays every name that contains that letter, but I only want to view the first names that begin with a specific letter.

Sort patient files by date
Allow me to sort patient files by uploaded date so that I can quickly sort them from newest to oldest without having to manually re-order them.

Display all patient appointments
When viewing the patient's appointment list from the patient's information, allow me to easily view all of the patient's appointments since the beginning of treatment. I know I can use the date filter, but then I have to remember what date they started treatment.

Other assessment dates
Please add two fields labeled Last Audiological assessment and Last Vision assessment. We would like to see this information at a glance within the patient dialog.

Edit goals from patient information prior to scheduling an appointment
When we add a new patient to our clinic, we are able to create goals from the patient information screen before we schedule them for an appointment. However, we are unable to edit them. Allow me to add and edit goals for a patient even before their first appointment has been scheduled.

Make appointment search separate from appointment list
When viewing the patient's appointments, keep the search to view past appointments separate from the appointment list, like it was in old Fusion. Clicking the appointments in old Fusion would show me the patient's appointments for today forward. The search would open a separate dialog and display yesterdays and past appointments. Having this information separate allowed me to quickly get the information I needed.

Summary of patient information
Allow me to view a summary of the patient's information so that I can view only the pieces of information that I have filled out, rather than all the empty fields as well.

Improve readability of the authorizations service type check box
Adjust the formatting of the service type check boxes in authorizations, so that they are easier to read.

Don't edit when opening case notes
Don't allow me to edit the case notes when clicking to open it. Just allow me to view it and include an option to edit.

In the patient information screen under Patient Notes, have separate sections based on role. We want to separate out the Admin notes from the Scheduling notes.

Add referral expiration and reminder
Our clinic has to keep up with treatment script expirations as well as referral expirations. Allow me to enter an expiration date for referrals and have Fusion remind me when the referral expiration is approaching.

Preview multiple documents from documentation center
When selecting multiple documents to print from the patient's documentation center, allow me the option to preview/view the documents prior to downloading.
