Update payment methods from check-out
Sometimes we have entered a credit card more than once and duplicate cards are shown from the saved cards drop-down at patient check-out. Allow me to delete old cards or duplicate cards from the check-out screen so that I don't have to remember to go into the patient's billing account later to make the change.

Add search to the reminders on/off
When turning off reminders for a patient from the schedule, add a search bar so that I can quickly search for the patient I'm looking for instead of scrolling through the entire list.

Weekly prompt to update appointment statuses
At the end of the week, send a prompt to therapists reminding them to update appointment statuses. We have therapists that forget to check-in patients which can impact reporting.

Slow down scrolling when re-ordering therapists
When I need to re-order people in my group, the scrolling mechanism scrolls too fast for me to easily place someone in a different position. Please slow down the scrolling so it's easier to re-order.

Only allow admins to delete appointments
Only allow the administrators at our clinic to delete appointments.

Add count for "packaged" appointments
We see our patients in "packages" with each package containing a set number of visits. Allow me to view on the appointment hover what visit number the patient is on in their package without setting up a recurring appointment.

Allow therapists to edit access to locations
As a therapist, allow me to select which locations I have access to when making patient appointments. Out of all the locations, I only treat at about four and I don't want to have to scroll through 50 locations to find the one I need. It would be easier and the changes would happen faster if I was able to edit this rather than relying on an admin at my clinic.

Schedule a not busy other appointment
Allow me to schedule an "other" appointment that shows me as not busy.

Don't fade the font for canceled appointments
When an appointment has been canceled or marked as a no-show, don't fade the font. When the font fades I'm not able to easily see the patient name unless I hover over the appointment.

Override filters when applying a group
When I apply a group, allow it to override any user filters I have already applied on my schedule. Right now, I have to clear my user filters in order to apply a group.

Add support calls to Fusion calendar
When I schedule an appointment online with someone from the support team and I get the drop down menu for "Add to Calendar", it would be nice to have the option of adding it to my Fusion calendar.

Display meeting participants on main hover
For Other Event/Meeting appointments, allow me to view all of the users attending the meeting on the main hover instead of having to click the icon.

Remove emergency number from patient's printed appointment list
When printing the patient's appointments from the schedule, remove the emergency number. We provide this document for patients/caregivers and they don't need that information.

Make canceled appointments darker
Make canceled appointments darker so they are easier to distinguish on the calendar. When using preset appointment colors, the light canceled grey color looks very similar to the light grey color for unavailability.

Have the appointment details display faster
When hovering over a patient's appointment, there seems to be a delay in displaying the dialog box with the appointment information. Have the appointment information appear faster when I hover over an appointment.

Make canceled and no-show appointments different colors
Make the canceled and no-show appointments different colors on the calendar. It's hard to differentiate them since they are both grey and "other" appointments are also grey.

Add payer to charge summary
Add the payer information to the Charge Summary if I order the Charge Summary by date or patient name.

Change verbiage on dialog boxes
Some of the dialog boxes contain casual language. For example, when printing a receipt upon checkout, the "no" option says "nope". Change the "nope" to "no" to make it sound less casual and more professional.

Make it easier to select users for groups
Make it easier to select users when managing groups because it is easier to make selections from a list of users than to have to search for and select each user individually.

Show 15-minute labels on the calendar
Show the time in 15-minute increments to the left of the calendar instead of the 30-minute increments that are there now.
