Customize who receives charge update messages
As an admin, let me determine who will receive charge update messages. For example, it would be good to limit these by the patient's location or the recipient's therapy type.

Indicate that I am adding "all" users from a location in messaging
When creating a new message and adding users by location, if I click the "+" button, indicate that I am adding all users from that location. Right now it just reads, "Add Users from this Location" and I didn't realize it was going to add every user.

Confirm when closing drafted message
If I'm drafting a message to send and click the "x" to close the window, have Fusion display a confirmation message to make sure I want to close the window without sending the message.

Close the original prompt if you are unable to delete an item
When you get an error message that you can't delete something, you have to manually close the error message and the confirmation dialog.
