Make documents a drop-down in the docs tab
When you are on the “Schedule” tab, and you click on “Documents”, the daily notes, evals, progress notes, etc. are listed below that in a darker background. Have this same format on the Docs tab, because it's easier to read.

Change order of columns in document reminders
Allow me to change the order of the columns for document reminders. I would like to see the type of document directly after the patient name since those are the two most important pieces to me.

Sign documentation in line
Allow me to sign the document on the same screen instead of opening another dialog. Having a separate dialog that opens just to sign my document feels like an extra step and extra clicking that isn't necessary.

Visibility of view claim icon
The icon for "View Claim" is very faint and hard to see. Make this more visually distinct.

Increase character limit for file names
When I upload files, allow me to type longer files names. The character limit for file names was larger in old Fusion and now my file names are getting cut off in the update.

Customize medical necessity based on discipline
Allow me to change the medical necessity so that it reads differently for each discipline. We have some doctors that treat at our clinic and the medical necessity statement needs to read differently.

Larger check boxes throughout Fusion
The check boxes in Fusion are small and difficult to see (e.g. in the patient's documentation center). Make them bigger so that they are easier to see and select.

Patient acceptance drop-down
Change the field type for "Patient Acceptance" in an evaluation type document from a drop-down to a checkbox to reduce clicks.

Make pending claims in color in patient's statement
Make the pending claims a different color in the patient's statement. In old Fusion, pending claims were in a red font which made them easier to distinguish.

Editing patient information
In old Fusion, the fields were already editable in the Patient Information screen. Now I have to click into the box to edit the information and it takes more time.

View all case notes
Allow me to view all of the case notes without having to click "View All". Sometimes we need to access case notes quickly and not having them all displayed adds an extra step.
Additionally, allow me to view all the text in the case note without having to open it as I could in old Fusion.

Darker icons in patient's documentation center
The light grey icons in the patient's documentation center are difficult to see. It's hard for me to figure out what they are unless I hover over them.

Condense columns in the billing tab
The information displayed in the Billing tab (e.g. invoices, received remittances, etc.) is spread out too much on the page making it difficult to read.

Remove balance column on invoices
Remove the balance column on invoices and just display the total at the bottom. The balance column can be confusing to parents.

Only show goals for my service type when viewing from a document
When viewing goals from a document that I am working on, only show the goals for my service type so that I don't have to sort through all of the other goals.
