When an appointment's status is changed to "No Show," I want a text sent automatically to the parent or caregiver regarding the missed appointment.

I want the ability to create a cancellation reminder or alert that tracks patient cancellations in accordance to our attendance policy. This would allow me to be notified when a patient reaches a set threshold of cancellations before possible dismissal.

Charge for late cancellations/no show from the schedule
If a caregiver/patient calls to cancel an appointment and it's outside of our cancellation window, allow me to apply a charge directly from the appointment so I don't have to navigate to the patient's billing account.
