Display diagnosis codes for discharged patients on demographic report
When running the Demographic Report insight show the diagnosis code for all patients, even if they are discharged. Right now if I include to run the report for all patients, the diagnosis codes aren't being displayed if the patient has been discharged.

Incomplete documents summary report
I like how the Incomplete Documents Report-Summary in old Fusion totaled all the daily notes and assessments for each therapist. The report in the update breaks it down into document statuses (Not Started, In Progress, etc.), but I just want to see the totals for each document type.
