An error occurred while saving the comment Melissa W commentedI think the waitlist notes should automatically be added to their case notes. Now we either need to put the info in twice or copy/paste note to the other. Not everyone who may be asked a question or answers a phone would know to look in both places for info, and I dislike that the waitlist notes just disappear once they are off the waitlist, as it can be important info, that can be deleted too easily before copying when moved to on to schedule.
Melissa W supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Melissa W commentedI wish Waitlist Notes could be saved to Casenotes (best would be an optional checkbox that copied specific notes to case notes)--documenting in waitlist is helpful when working on the schedule--but that is not the most helpful place to find the info if taking a phone call from someone--not everyone answering phone has the whole wait list memorized.

I wish the waiting list had a column for age--so you could see that at a glance. We often try to place a certain age with specific staff when they have an opening.
