Search option for Waitlist; it can be difficult if someone calls about their place on wait list to have to scan the whole list to find them. Having the wait list numbered would also be helpful.

I wish that when including graphs in progress reports (even if late), you could specify the dates to be shown in the graph.

If there is no Data --mark it NO GRAPH rather than no data---it gives a bad impression like we are not taking data when some goals just are not "graphable" goals --they require narrative.

When everyone in a group is canceled the scheduled appointment should have the cancel symbol on the schedule, it is inefficient to have top hover on a group to see the status--(it would be great to have a way to cancel the group as a whole as well, not just cancel individual clients.)

As we hit the 10% of our kids being cancelled for COVID related reasons (symptoms, exposure, quarantine, and/or + test) this week--it would make tracking data much easier for grants if we could designate a cancel due to COVID reasons during the pandemic.

When completing a progress report, it would be great to have a column to easily "grade" goals using a clinic KEY (1-5 or M, PM, E, W (Met, Partially Met, Emerging, Working on Underlying Skills) or %s--and only have to type a narrative in the comments when needed. Each clinic could set their KEY so families and physicians could see at a glance status without reading through narratives.

Whole Day Appointments that appear on schedule for things like Holidays, Days School are Off; Due Dates, Days Off, Clinic Visitor Schedules, etc. We currently use an "OTHER APPT" and place it at 6 am, but people who start later in the day often miss it because they do not scroll up far enough.
