An error occurred while saving the comment Melissa W commentedShow goals when you are on the data entry screen, sometimes it is hard to remember the specific criteria for a specific goal.

An error occurred while saving the comment Melissa W commentedI wish I could set up a schedule for new therapists (or therapists returning from maternity leave) without it counting as a user (that has to be paid for) until they actually start work. This is something we work on for weeks before a therapist actually has/needs access to their schedule.

An error occurred while saving the comment Melissa W commentedWould love to discharge a referral without having to "make up" an appointment. Some other systems have an NTUC option, which means "not taken under care" --but leaves all of the notes available to re-open in the future if needed.

An error occurred while saving the comment Melissa W commentedIt would be great to have a start date and a term date on insurances; it is confusing when a change happens but you cannot enter it yet because there are still visits that have not been billed to the old insurance. And having to copy all the info into casenotes is inefficient (especially because you cannot then copy it back when the insurance re-activates).

An error occurred while saving the comment Melissa W commentedI would love a note that is not linked to an appointment, that is listed in the documents section. Especially now with teletherapy, I need to document discussions with families on days when therapy was not scheduled---but it needs to be in medical documentation, not case notes.

An error occurred while saving the comment Melissa W commentedWith some much switching between between teletherapy and in person therapy based on the local COVID status and quarantines, it is easy for a therapist to forget to change the location on the appointment. I would love to see this show up on the daily, so therapist could see it needs to be changed for a specific appointment. (and would need to be changed from within the note, because once the note is started, we won't be able to modify the appointment)
An error occurred while saving the comment Melissa W commentedPOS indicated on daily note--as we are entering a "hybrid" phase for our clinic, we have kids that are doing both on-site and telehealth. It would be great if you could tell by the note when documenting, rather than going back to the schedule, which appointment it was.

Have PREVIOUS/ NEXT buttons on data entry screen, so you can go directly to the next goal to document OR automatically close the data entry screen once you save your data and go back to the goal list.
