Somehow add a referral date and a way to easily pull up "wait listed" referrals to be able to manage wait list without maintaining a paper list.

It would be great to have a part-time, or per diem rate---it is especially hard if you have someone who just sees a couple of kids or is a substitute---even something like teletherapy rates with a small per-visit fee for designated per diem folks would ensure fair pay and pricing.

Fusion: Please remember many families are having caregivers access teletherapy from childcare--we cannot/should not give portal access to these caregivers to access teletherapy as there is financial and medical information they do not need access to. The "e-helper" may change from session to session to sending the link becomes a problem.

This would also be great if combined with automatically logging an email/fax into case notes--the cover sheet/email message could be included in the log. That would save time and create a virtual paper trail!

Telehealth Appointments-I wish there was a way to indicate an appointment was telehealth (any platform, not just Fusion's own)--and then platforms could be listed in locations (we use several platforms as some work better with specific clients/locations) BUT it is hard to do claims rules for telehealth by platform vrs just telehealth.
