allow for more than 5 pages to be uploaded to the portal (for one specific document). A patient that submits a multiple-page form back to us by taking a picture of each page is limited to only 5 pages, so if the form is 6+ pages, they are unable to submit it to us.

I would like to suggest a trained view option. So as admin, I feel like I am in the blind trying to guide therapists or patients on how to do things on their end because I have no idea what it looks like. Being able to switch to a trainer patient portal view or a trainer therapist view would be so so helpful. Or even providing more screenshots and explanations in your help sections.

Have a way to use the therapist's schedule for payroll purposes to track the number of hours they work and to give an option to place a block if a therapist will be out for a portion of the day or a whole day so that can be incorporated with the timesheet.

Can we make the pending intake forms tab hidden from therapists that are not going to see the child? Or can it just be hidden from therapists in general?

Provide an option to create folders on the patients files section so that forms can be updated each year without becoming an excessive list of old and new documents.
