Group evaluation heading on the same page as the data
If I'm completing an evaluation-type document and one of my sections runs over onto another page, have the heading for that section display on the second page as well. That way whoever is reviewing the document will know what they are viewing without having to go back to the previous page (or pages) to see the section heading.

Allow goal drafting
Allow me to draft goals because sometimes I want to get my goal ideas down quickly, but having to fill out the required data type takes too much time.

Take goal data in Fusion
Allow me to take goal data in Fusion, such as using a +/- counter or tally counter to mark the number of correct trials out of a total number. This would allow me to speed up my documentation.

Change goal data type from mastery settings
When setting advanced mastery for a goal, if I change the data type in the mastery settings have that apply to the actual goal itself.

Hide the start of care date on the POC
Allow me to hide the start of care date on our plans of care because technically our POC effective date is the date that the MD signs it, not the date the therapist signs it.

Display date on printed goals
When printing a patient's goals, display the print date at the top of the document. I use the printed goals as my data sheets and the date helps me keep track of which session the data belongs to.

Automatically carryover HEP from the prior note
In the old fusion system, the assigned HEP activities were already attached to the note. Now I have to re-enter them each note. This can sometimes be a lot of activities that I am re-attaching and it takes more time now, slowing down my documentation.

Change font type in documentation
Change the font type in documentation because it's difficult to read when printed and the information gets distorted when faxed.

Link activities to goals
Allow me to link the activities under Therapy Activities/Exercises to the patient's goals so that insurance can see how the skilled activities address the goals.

Change patient education to patient/family education
In evaluation-type documents under Clinical Impressions, change the section titled "Patient Education" to "Patient/Family Education". Many times we are also educating the family.

Greater distinction between rows in reminders
When viewing reminders or my list of documents, make a greater distinction between each row. Sometimes I lose my place when I'm trying to read all the information in the row.

Display patient diagnosis at the top of all documentation
Allow me to view the patient's diagnosis when completing my documentation. I often see people with multiple diagnoses and it would be helpful to have that information for reference without leaving the page to go into their information.

Display treating therapist's signature first on document
If I've sent a document to a contributor and we finalize the document, the contributor's signature shows up first. Display my signature first as the treating therapist.

Easier navigation between patients in docs tab
When viewing goals for a patient, allow an easier way for me to select a different patient to view goals for. Right now I have to click Patients & Goals and either search or click the patient. When reviewing everyone's goals it takes a lot of time.

Edit all objective data on the same screen
Allow me to edit Activities/Exercises and Goal data all on the same screen.

Carryover all therapy activities/exercises
Instead of selected Activities/Exercises only carrying over from the previous note, have all the Therapy Activities/Exercises ever selected to carry over. Then I can quickly edit that list.

Switch sign and save buttons on documentation
Switch the location of the "sign" and "save" buttons on documentation. The "save" button is the preferred action and I keep hitting "save" when I mean to sign the document.

Select multiple HEP and link to a daily note
When viewing the list of HEP activities, allow me to select multiple activities and insert them in a daily note from that screen.
