Option to print after signing a document
Allow me the option to print patient documentation as soon as I sign it.

Display goal start date in edit mode
When editing a document and entering goal data and goal notes, allow me to view the date the goal started. Right now I can only view this when previewing the document.

Allow me to print the data history from the patient's goal so that I can review the data and goal comments when writing progress notes or re-assessments.

Confirmation message when canceling edit mode in documentation
When editing a section in a document, the cancel button is right next to the save button. I've accidentally clicked "Cancel" when I meant to click "Save" and have lost my work. Have a confirmation message asking me if I want to cancel, in case I accidentally clicked the button.

Default "provider" on documentation to parent company
If we have a clinic with subsidiaries, allow me to set the "Provider" that appears on documentation to be just the parent/main company.

Move tabs to top in documentation
Move the section tabs in documentation to the top of the window rather than on the left side. I'm used to seeing them at the top and it's difficult to orient to them vertically.

Automatically add new therapy activities to daily note
When I add a therapy activity to my clinic's repository from within a daily note, automatically add it to the daily note. I don't want to have to add it and then search for it and add it to the note.

Fewer documentation categories
Decrease the number of tabs (i.e. not started, draft, in progress, etc.) in each documentation category (i.e. daily notes, progress notes, etc.) because I feel like some of them are redundant.

Add clinic fax & phone numbers to documentation footer
Add my clinic's fax and phone number to the footer of documentation so that the doctor's office can find our contact information in the event that the coversheet is misplaced or discarded.

Notes section for diagnosis
Allow me to add a note next to the diagnosis in a document so that I can classify the severity.

Default co-signers name if there is only one co-signer
When singing my documentation and selecting a co-signer, if there is only one co-signer available have their name automatically populate. It doesn't make sense to open a drop-down and make a selection if there is only one option.

View patient's insurance when completing documentation
Allow therapists to view the patient's insurance on the document they are completing. Sometimes we have to document differently based on the insurance.

When adding a quick phrase, show the options in a wider box so I can view more of what's under that letter that I typed.

Keep selection order when adding evaluation sections
Allow me to select evaluation sections and keep them in the order in which I select them. It takes too long to move them around by dragging them.

Automatically display goal graphs in daily notes
Have the goal graphs shown automatically when completing daily notes.

Don't display goal graphs on the plan of care
I like having the goal graphs on the primary document, but the big "No Data" box doesn't look good on the Plan of Care for all the new goals. I'd like to have more options around where to include which graphs.

Allow me to select which activities/exercises pull forward
Include a preview of which activities are going to pull forward and a checkbox next to each so that I can select which ones pull forward. I may repeat one or two activities but not all.

Include previous evaluation results
When completing a progress note or reassessment, allow me to pull forward the previous assessment data onto the current document and have it displayed side-by-side with the new assessment data for easy comparison.

Combine the objective and assessments sections of the daily note into one section titled Objective/Assessment.

Allow use of fractions for goal target
When adding goals for a patient, allow me to use fractions in my goal target. For example, Michael will trace over a model of his name deviating no more than 1/2″ from the model.
