Allow me to deactivate or archive alternate document names so that therapists don't accidentally select them when signing a document.

Include additional payer types in payer settings
I want the ability to select additional payer types when adding or editing a payer that match the types listed in box 1 of the CMS 1500 form. Currently, I am only able to choose one of the following: Insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and Private Pay.
Additionally, I want an "All" option included so all seven types are selected on the CMS 1500 form.

As an admin, let me add notes to a user's profile to keep track of additional information about that user. For example, I could note which payers this user is credentialed with.

Don't show progress note reminder if re-assessment is due for given date range
Allow me to choose the date range for when re-assessments cancel out progress notes. I don't want to see a progress note reminder and complete it if a week later I receive a reminder for a re-assessment.

Increase time before locked out of Fusion
Increase the amount of time I have before Fusion locks me due to inactivity. Right now we have it set to the max, but we'd like to set it for a greater amount of time.

Include discharged services when viewing active patient list
When viewing the list of active patients from the Admin tab, show me which services they are still active for and which ones they have been discharged from without having to go to another tab.

Calculate next assessment based off of first appointment
Base the document reminders off of the first appointment rather than the initial evaluation because sometimes there is a gap between the initial eval and when the patient actually starts treatment.
