Set availability as "unknown" on the Waitlist
When adding a patient to the Waitlist, I want the ability to set the availability as "unknown".
Currently - if no available days/times are entered, then the availability appears as "Any day/Any time"; however, this may not be accurate if I have not been able to contact the patient to confirm availability.2 votes -

Assign number to Waitlist entry
When viewing the Waitlist, I want to see an assigned number to the entry to easily see how many patients are on the list in total. Additionally, I want to easily see where on the list a particular patient is overall versus where they are for a particular service type (e.g. Patient A is the 25th overall entry; however, is 4th on the list for OT services).
