Make appointment status icons darker on appointment blocks
Make the cancel, checked in, and no show symbols darker so that I can view them more easily, especially when viewing multiple schedules. The light grey icons are difficult to see.

Show the information in the appointment hover when clicking on the appointment versus just hovering over the appointment.

Decrease space between columns on document reminders
When viewing document reminders from the Schedule or Docs tab, decrease the amount of space between each column. Everything is very spread out now so it takes longer to see and not mix up which date a document is due.

Automatically change column width when applying a user filter from the all therapists view
If I'm viewing all therapists with my column widths set to "compact", have the widths automatically switch to "normal" if I apply a single user filter.

Darken font and icons on appointment hover
When hovering over a patient's appointment to view information, the shaded grayscale font is difficult to read. Provide more contrast or a darker color for the font and icons so that I can navigate more quickly.

Enter start & stop time for other appointments vs minutes
When entering an "other" appointment, allow me to enter a start time and end time because it's easier than calculating the minutes.

Add option to print other appointments
When printing a schedule or list of appointments, allow me the option to include "other" appointments in the printed list. Right now "other" appointments appear on the printed list and sometimes I don't want them included.

Display appointment preset in main hover
Display the preset appointment type on the main appointment hover. Right now I have to click on another tab on the hover in order to view the preset, which is an extra step.

All therapists week view
It is difficult to view the All Therapists Week View due to some features that are missing in the update when compared to old Fusion.
Not having a black border around the individual appointments makes it more difficult to distinguish one appointment from another and they all seem to run together.
I'm not able to hover over an hour block of time and view all of the appointments. It's more tedious trying to select each individual appointment to view.
It's difficult to determine the therapists' color because the indicator or "key" at the bottom is gone. I'm unable to quickly…

Allow me to sort or filter the list of Tasks so I can find tasks faster.

Make "other" appointments grey even if user color selected
Currently, "other" appointments are only grey when viewing preset appointment colors. Keep "other" appointments grey, regardless if I am viewing user colors or preset appointment colors on the calendar.

When creating a repeating appointment, allow me to not specify an end date or a set number of visits.

Allow therapists to run a treatment report
Allow therapists to run a treatment report for a specific time period that would include the patient's name, treatment date, units, and minutes to provide the therapist with a record that they could compare to payroll.

Edit appointment location if document is drafted
Allow me to change the location of the appointment even if the associated document has been drafted. Sometimes appointments get scheduled in the wrong location and I don't want to have to delete the document and start all over again.

Select which days appear on the calendar
As a user, allow me to choose which days appear on the calendar. As a part-time therapist, I may only want the days I work to appear on their calendar. As a full-time therapist, I never need to see Saturday and Sunday on the calendar because our clinic isn't open those days.

Expand filter when adding to schedule
When I click the filter icon on the schedule, open/expand the filter after I click it to activate it. For example, if I select “Users” from the filter, expand the Users menu so I can jump right over to it and select the users.

Increase font size on appointments
The font on the appointment blocks is small. Make it bigger so it's easier to read.
