    Once I submit charges on a note, refresh the list of daily notes so that I can see that charges have been submitted.

    The primary therapist now displays in the upper right of each document, so you can identify who sent the document without having to preview.

    When uploading a file, the name will now populate with the name of the file you have uploaded. That way you do not have to enter the same information twice.

  7. Make canceled appointments gray

    Right now, when an appointment is marked as cancelled, it shows as a lighter version of the preset color. This makes it difficult to distinguish between cancelled appointments and appointments with other statuses.

    All cancellations and no shows will now display as gray. They will no longer display as a dimmer version of their preset appointment color.

    The patient alert is now indicated by a bell icon rather than a bar spanning the width of the entire appointment.

    The entire appointment now displays as yellow for evaluation type appointments. There is also a small icon on appointments with preset appointment colors indicating that they are evaluation type appointments.

    The patient status now displays in the patient search. The search will display active patients, then referral patients, then discharged patients with a max of 50 results.

    The functionality of the goal print in the docs tab was expanded to include options for service type, active v. archived, and whether or not to include graphs.

    The functionality of saving individual sections in docs has been updated, so that if you click a new area while editing, the confirmation message will allow you to click either “Save” or “Review Changes”.

    This keeps you from having to go back, find the area you were editing, click “Save”, and then scroll back to the section you were about to start work on.
