Allow mirroring during a teletherapy session
When conducting a teletherapy session, allow me to mirror the video so my movements and my client's movements look identical.
When you are in a teletherapy session, you will see your own video as mirrored but other attendees will see your video normally. Check out our release notes for more information: https://fusionwebclinic.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/categories/360003541612-Announcements-

On the telehealth platform, please correct the image for both the therapist and patient so that they are not mirror images. Seeing yourself and your patient as a mirror is very challenging for demonstrating and modeling movements and activities.
Thank you. -

Hi! Would love a feature for the telehealth platform to flip the camera image. For example, right now, when a patient sees my video, my right side appears as my left side to them and left side appears as the right side and vice versa for what I see. This makes it really hard to have a smooth therapy session, especially when our kiddos already have challenges with right/left discrimination (: Thank you!

We are now using the Fusion Telehealth system!
Is there a way to flip screen share images so they aren't reversed?
The pictures are reversed in direction on the screen making it challenging to show things on screen to the patient. -

While using materials in a telehealth appointment, I must be able to flip the camera orientation, so patients can see the proper left-to-right orientation when we are working in an activity like card sorting or pattern making, using manipulative objects. It is not enough to keep an open document to share when I am working with objects.

Is there a way you can fix the video so that it's not "mirrored" or flipped when you turn it on. It makes giving cues for therapy really hard.

change the telehealth video so that it looks like a mirror instead of reversed. It is difficult to talk about left and right when they are reversed on my screen.

Allow patients to invert their video screens in teletherapy sessions to minimize confusion from patients when seeing a "backwards" image of themselves.
