    I want the ability to manually change the Last Progress Note date in the patient's information.

    I want the ability to create multiple cases for a patient within a service type.
    For example, a patient is seen for ST, but cases are needed to separate the specialty services/treatment the patient receives - such as feeding, articulation, language, auditory processing, etc.
