    On evaluations/reassessments: in the goals section have a current skills/status box

    When you create a goal, can you have a box that states current status/skill or goal value? Something similar to when daily notes are written for 'goal value'. One of our insurance companies requires this information and the individual submitting the PAs has to request this information from the clinician's each time.

    Add growth charts for nutritionists. Data can be entered and graph will adjust to corresponding data. This can be shown to parents/insurance and be a reference for progress.
