For clinics who have multiple rooms and multiple providers who share rooms , we need a more efficient way of making sure we are not double booking and knowing what room each provider is in. There should also be alerts when a room is double booked.

It is imperative to be able to see what each account is doing . For example, who made a specific appointment on the schedule, or cancelled an appointment. As a supervisor, this is extremely helpful for performance evaluations.

Tasks need to be viewable to all staff , no matter who it is assigned too or who has created it. Or if we can have the option of having private and public tasks.
