Actually, I just want the appointment type on the calendar to automatically change to that type of assessment on the calendar. Either I have to do it or the system can do it for me, but that will alert me to the need to do a re-eval or progress note and it also puts a document in the document queue so that it gets written.

We have been having the problem of therapists using the quick discharge process to get rid of people who have dropped out of therapy so that they don't get paperwork reminders for them instead of just writing a discharge summary (Which is required for the plan of care) When this happens it also becomes difficult to determine what actually happened to those people because there is no paper trail We only want Administrators to be able to "clean up" accounts that were created in error or for individuals who never actually came in.

I would like to create goal bundles for specific types of treatment interventions. For example, If I am working on Articulation: I know that every time the long term goal is mastery in conversation and the short term goals will include a set of mastery at the following levels (isolation, words, phrases, sentence, paragraphs, and so forth) rather than having to select each of those goals each time from the goal bank... I would like to include the entire set in one click. And have the ability to delete or edit goals that need to be adusted within that set.
