    Add field on patient demographic section chart to indicate patient's primary language that will populate at the top of the evaluation report, in the "patient information" section.

    In patient chart, I would like to be able to enter the date the referral or patient information was received. Can we add that button that will not populate on a claim form, but can be used for reporting purposes?
