An error occurred while saving the comment There should be a section added to the patient profile that shows if the patient is on the waitlist and that links all of that information and they can be added from either the patient profile or by going to the waitlist. But all info should be accessible and viewable in both places-the waitlist and the patient's profile

An error occurred while saving the comment On the billing tab, the notes section for the patient should pull any changes to the payers and timestamp them.

An error occurred while saving the comment The therapist should be allowed to change
the location of a service on a daily note next to the CPT code. We have some instances where a part of their visit with one patient may be in clinic but the other part might be in home or on teletherapy but our payer only wants one claim per day of service or they will deny for the claims being a duplicate. -

An error occurred while saving the comment There should be a prompt that requires a reason for deleting recurring appointments that adds the removal and reason to the case notes on the patient's file
An error occurred while saving the comment When changing a recurring appointment it would be helpful if there was a prompt to note why the appointment is changing and who it was changed by. It would be helpful when there is a questionable change to be able to go back and see why someone's appointment changed when there are several different therapists and office staff with the ability to make these changes.

Therapists should be able to turn off Reminders on a patient from the Document Reminders page instead of having to go to another tab.
