    Do not allow therapists to change their name in Fusion unless they have admin privileges or if they do change their name do not change it as it appears on the claim form. Perhaps make another field for nickname or preferred name that they can change.

    The patient kiosk should ask you if you want to make today's copay if there is a card on file for a patient

    The Location needs to be added as an optional field in the Appointment Presets tab. For example we would like to always default our location to Patient's Home instead of clinic for our in home presets.

    There needs to be an optional "location" field on presets. We have some locations that may do certain appointment types that other locations do not provide so it would be easier if when you choose a location it would remove any preset options that are not applicable to that location.

    The credentials should be included with therapists name on the schedules. It would be helpful for our mid-large sized practice for schedulers to be able to identify at a glance SLP vs. SLPA, OT vs. COTA and RBT vs BCBA

    Fusion should automatically open an appointment note for patient cancellations to prompt the person cancelling the appointment to state the reason for cancellation

    When entering "primary coverage notes" on a patient's payer, Fusion should display the date/time stamp and the name of who entered the primary coverage note just like it does on the case note section.

    There needs to be a report for appointment changes made without a note that shows who canceled the appointment. We want all of our staff to enter appointment notes for any cancel so it would help if we could easily identify compliance in this initiative.

    When an appointment is canceled there should be a timestamp for the cancellation and it should include the user's name who canceled the appointment.

    Create a way to link multiple appointments with the same therapist, same patient, on the same day to only create one note

    Make an option in scheduling to click for "split appointments" for example if a child has 4 hours of ABA but goes to speech in the middle we would split the one ABA appointment instead of making two. The split option would allow that appointment to only generate one claim (so insurance won't deny the second one as a duplicate) and one daily note but with two different sets of in and out times.

    There needs to be a way that we can make an appointment stop and then restart latter but still be one one daily note and claim form. Make make an option for an extended appointment tho at could have multiple start and stop times. This would be a HUGE benefit for our ABA appointments that stop and the child might go to speech during the ABA therapists lunch break and then come back to that same ABA therapist

    After an invoice has been emailed through Fusion, there should be a note somewhere to state or show when it was emailed and by whom.
