    There needs to be an alias field. We often treat kids that have been adopted to their name changes. We want to be able to search for both names and an alias field would help.

    There should be an optional place on the patients demographics info to select the preset appointment types that you want to be available for that patient when scheduling a patient appointment. This would make sure that patients got scheduled for the correct type of appointment. We have soooo many presets that don't apply to many of our clients. And we have some clients that really only use a few select presets.

    I would like for only the presets that apply to the service type of the therapist I am scheduling with to appear. We have over 100 different presets for ST, OT, PT and ABA that make scheduling time consuming to scroll through all of the presets.

    Make an option for specific privileges available as an ala carte option in the clinic setup so each clinic can tailor their setup to individual clinics

    In the clinic setup options there needs to be a place where we define on which date the grades listed on each of our patient files advances to the next grade so their grade increases automatically.

    Instead of deleting information when a patient is removed from the waitlist, it should instead give an option to archive. We have had therapists accidentally remove a patient from the waitlist and then we lose all information that was entered. We would rather their waitlist status be archived so we can recover it if they are incorrectly deleted.

    There needs to be a download button and filters by service type on the quick phrases page so we can easily share the list of quick phrases with new therapists.

    Add an option on the Quick Phrase page to print. We print the quick phrases for our new employees.

    The list of "appointment presets" on the Admin tab should also have a column for whether the billing code is timed or untimed. In our state, Medicaid treats 92507 as timed, but the commercial insurers treat 92507 as untimed so I need to easily be able to view the difference on "appointment presets"

    We disagree, we want all of our clients to be checked in via the kiosk and don't want clinicians checking patients in. Instead Fusion should make a detailed list of options so each clinic could choose what they want their clinicians to have access to
