An error occurred while saving the comment When adding new users there should be a Field for nickname as some of our therapists don't go by their first name but it must be included on claims due to their name on license and NPI
An error occurred while saving the comment There needs to be a nickname field for therapists. We have two therapists who don't go by their given name. Their given name needs to show up on the claim forms, but it would be nice if the name they actually go by would show up on the schedule.

An error occurred while saving the comment This is critically important to our clinic as well. This needs to be on a separate tab that the admins can control who has access to this feature. There have been several times when I have had to email Fusion to see who has deleted or changed something and it takes too long to get a response especially if it occurs after Fusion hours, but some of these issues have needed to be addressed immediately.
