    Please add a general "Voice Findings - Comments" section. If an SLP is not doing a voice evaluation and just wants to say:
    "Client's voice was evaluated informally - appears to be within normal limits." or
    "Unable to judge due to limited verbal output" -- I don't want to have to stumbled through all the checkboxes and scroll through 100 sections-- I just want a place to make a 1-2 sentence "voice findings" comment. Thank you! :)
    Also- please make voice section "collapsable" if possible.

    Evaluation report should "remember" the order of Health History fields. I like how it remembers which fields we usually select --but I waste a lot of time dragging the fields to an order that is logical to me.

    Allow Health History to be "pulled forward" from other disciplines' reports for evaluation report. Oftentimes much of this information is the same --and can then be modified as needed to specific discipline.
