    Hello!
    We really need your help in creating a new role for Fusion users.
    We have 2 people who's primary responsibilities revolve around the schedule, but they are unable to run insight reports. 1 of those people is a manager, but has no direct involvement with billing, so we don't really need or want to open up that part of Fusion for him. We would really like to have a Scheduler or Scheduling Manager who would have access to the insights tab.

    Is it possible to make this happen?

    Hello! We love Fusion, and have a missing piece. Maybe it's there and I don't know it yet. Like any business, our therapists call in sick from time-to-time with minimal notice. We are in need of a system to quickly notify our patients. In that case, it would be great to send notifications to all of a therapist's patients, to all of their on-file contacts (phone numbers, emails, etc.).

    As the Director of Ops, I am needing to add this service ASAP, so I'm wondering if Fusion has plans for this service, has suggestions for other providers of this service, or if I just need to find a service provider?

    Again, we love and trust the Fusion system, so your time and feedback on this matter is greatly appreciated!
