An error occurred while saving the comment Cathy O commentedOr more than 2... and have reporting on revenue, etc be able to report separated out by which "bucket" or aggregated to the whole business. This might be a good way to help us determine varying revenue/profit/etc... by business segment.

An error occurred while saving the comment Cathy O commentedCan I vote for this more than once please? I REALLY want to be able to have "Holding tanks" for claims that have been looked at but need additional handling. If I can't make different queues, may I please assign different colors and then sort by color to separate things that have known issues from things that are new in a list (this would be relevant in Reviewing, Paid, Not Paid...). I also want to be able to put a note that I can view by hovering over it from the list level to quickly see why the claim is holding. AND (not that I'm greedy), I want to be able to set some of these things from a claim rule so that I don't even have to review some claims to get them into the holding queue they need to be in... THANKS!

I don't think this would be good for our clinic. We have several people on the billing team that do not need (and maybe should not have) access to those details. For us, it is more appropriate in the Admin area. Thanks!
