An error occurred while saving the comment This is a top request for our clinic. We currently have to go make an appointment, then go to the doc list, THEN we can do the quick d/c.
It would be helpful to be able to d/c from the referral list w/o deleting patients, so we can keep the referral and all the notes in the case notes.
Example, pt is referred, we answer questions and they want to wait for whatever reason. Then over time, they either don't call back or don't need therapy. We still want all their info in case the referring provider asks what happened or the patient is upset "we never called."
An error occurred while saving the comment Discharge patients from the referral list without deleting them completely. The reason being, we put in case notes about conversations with the patients. If they don't end up scheduling, we want to have a record that we tried to contact them or that we had a conversation with them.
