An error occurred while saving the comment Bonita K commentedMake it possible to upload documents to therapist files, not just patient files. That way it would be easy to find PTO requests, CPR certification etc... without having to have access to their paper files all the time

An error occurred while saving the comment Bonita K commentedCreate a list , like the wait list, for visits that need to be made - up rescheduled. That way when a therapist has an appointment slot they want to fill, they can look at the list and see the pt name, what scheduling requirements that child has ( after-school, Tuesdays, etc...) and call the family to schedule. A central scheduler could also take advantage of this list.

An error occurred while saving the comment Bonita K commentedSend receipts from the STATEMENT tab.
In order to send receipts other than the time of payment, I should be able to click on the transaction under "STATEMENT" then hit the SEND button to send a recipt of the transaction.
This would be helpful if the emails accidentally get deleted or if multiple caregivers need a copyBonita K supported this idea · -

An error occurred while saving the comment Bonita K commentedmake the POC dates autopopulate to from the evaluation . That way we can have an insight table that tells us when POCs are expiring as well as the authorizations ( since every insurance doesnt require an authorization). Currently, new POC dates have to be manually entered into the pt's Fusion chart under the Therapy section.

Make the NOTE visible from the "Not Paid" claims list. ( like the square icon on the waitlist). That way you can see, from the main screen, what the problem is and how recently it has been addressed without having to open the claim 1st
