Clicking the back button when in a patient's billing account should take you back to the previous tab and scroll position, not back to the top of the Visits tab.

This suggestion is regarding document reminders. Fusion allows reminders to be set for documents (progress notes and re-assessments), but they are set clinic wide for all clients. We usually perform re-assessments once per year and progress notes every six months, but the timing is different for some of our clients. Several of them are older and only require testing once every two years. This means that the document reminder appears, even though we do not intend to complete the assessment for another year. Is it possible to make document reminders specific for individual clients? This could be added on the patient information next to the diagnosis codes possibly. It would allow the therapists to tailor document reminders to each client. We currently do not get much use form the document reminders because of this situation and we track upcoming progress notes and re-assessments outside of Fusion.

Is it possible to create an additional folder in the billing cycle that can be used to separate claims that did not process correctly and need to be worked? That folder would not be part of the normal billing cycle but users would have the ability to manually move a claim into it if necessary. We would love for this to work because it would allow our office staff a one-stop location to keep all the claims that have issues and would significantly improve their workflow. Currently, we are just keeping a separate list of the problem claims outside of Fusion and the staff the has then go find that claim in Fusion to address it.

Our clinicians would like to see an “Are you sure?” box pop up when clicking the “X” at the right side of text box sections when writing a report. We recently had an incident where the therapist accidently clicked the X and lost her work.
