Show "Multiple Visits" flag for all claim instances
When viewing the claim list, I want to see the "Multiple Visits" status on all instances of a claim. Currently, this status only appears on the primary claim instance.

Change the "patient owes" column that appears on the claims and visits tabs in the patient's billing account because the patient may not actually "owe" that amount.

Send claims with green indicator if claims with red indicator are also included
When batch sending claims, if I've accidentally checked claims with a red indicator have Fusion at least send all the claims with green indicator and not send the claims with the red indicator. Right now Fusion doesn't send any and I have to re-check all the claims.

Add column headers to every page of statements/invoices
When printing a statement or invoice that has multiple pages, have the column headers (i.e. Charge, Credit, Total, Balance) appear on every page. Since the totals are displayed on the last page it would be helpful to have the column headers to reference what each total is for.

Allow me to turn on detailed invoices by payer. Right now it's an all or nothing option but we have some clients that don't need it.

The back button "bleeds" over into the left sidebar, make it more distinct so it's easier to see.
