Add payer's contact information to patient information
Allow me to add the payer's contact information to the patient's information screen so that we don't have to navigate to the admin tab to look up the information.

Hide goals based on discipline
Allow me to hide other discipline's goals so that only selected discipline's goals are displayed at a time. Example: If a patient receives ST, OT & PT, but I only want to see OT goals, then allow me to hide the ST and PT goals.

Don't have Fusion pull visits from two authorizations at once or from the newer authorization without using all of the visits from the current authorization.

Don't allow therapists to delete case notes
Don't allow therapists to delete case notes. Only allow admins to delete case notes so that a therapist doesn't accidentally delete important information.

Make the default date range on the appointments list include previous appointments
When viewing the patient's appointment list, make the default date range include previous appointments and not just present and future appointments.

Include physician credentials when faxing
When faxing a document to a physician, show the credentials (e.g. M.D.) next to the physician's name.

Add "service coordinator/care coordinator" to patient demographics
For children that receive early intervention services, the Service Coordinator is the person who oversees their care. Allow me to add the name of the child's Service Coordinator to their information and have it populate on documents.

Jump to last appointment when applying patient filter
When I apply a patient filter on the calendar, have Fusion automatically take me to the patient's last appointment so that I don't have to search for it.

Generate medical record numbers
We use medical record numbers at our clinic and there isn't a way for me to see what number was last used so that I can assign the next number. Have Fusion generate the next number in the sequence.

Upload videos to patient files
Allow me to upload videos to the patient's information. Some therapists record their evaluations and we'd like to keep the recording in Fusion.

Permissions to view/edit files uploaded to a patient
Allow me a way to limit who can view and/or delete specific files uploaded to a patient's information. We upload some files that only the admin or treating therapist need to view, and not everyone at the clinic.

Record original visits/units approved
Allow me to record the original number of visits/units approved for an authorization. When we request a new authorization we have to document how many units were previously approved and it would save me time if this was easily stored in Fusion.

Allow me to minimize or hide sections in the patient information that our clinic doesn't use.

Darken font in patient information
When viewing the patient's information, the font looks light and faint making it hard to read. Darken the font so there is more of a contrast to make it easier to read.

Display all documents button
When viewing the patient's list of documents from the patient's information, allow me to easily view all of the patient's documents since the beginning of treatment. I know I can use the date filter, but then I have to remember what date they started treatment.

Allow me to add case notes to a patient's information that can't be seen by other staff members. There may be sensitive information that we need to document.

Email patient's appointment list
Allow me to email the patient's appointment list because it would be easier than setting up the filters on the calendar and printing the patient's schedule.

Assign visible patient ID
Have Fusion assign a patient ID to each patient that is visible from the patient's information. Having a patient ID allows for easier communication without sharing PHI in emails.
