  1. Add fax field to contacts

    Allow me to add a fax number to contacts in the patient's information. We sometimes use schools or case managers as contacts and they prefer faxes over emails.

  2. Revert layout of patient information to single page tabs

    Change the layout of the patient's information back to single page tabs at the top, rather than a continuous scroll. If I click on a tab, I only want that page’s sections to be displayed.

  3. Show me if a document has already been faxed/emailed

    When viewing a document in the document list, show me if it has already been faxed or emailed so that I don't have to scroll through our fax/email history to see if it was already sent to the physician.

  4. Add "service coordinator/care coordinator" to patient demographics

    For children that receive early intervention services, the Service Coordinator is the person who oversees their care. Allow me to add the name of the child's Service Coordinator to their information and have it populate on documents.

  6. Display all patient appointments

    When viewing the patient's appointment list from the patient's information, allow me to easily view all of the patient's appointments since the beginning of treatment. I know I can use the date filter, but then I have to remember what date they started treatment.

  9. Designate service type for the patient's payer / coverage

    Let me associate each of a patient's payers with service types, because some payers are only for certain service types.

  10. Make appointment search separate from appointment list

    When viewing the patient's appointments, keep the search to view past appointments separate from the appointment list, like it was in old Fusion. Clicking the appointments in old Fusion would show me the patient's appointments for today forward. The search would open a separate dialog and display yesterdays and past appointments. Having this information separate allowed me to quickly get the information I needed.

  12. Don't allow therapists to add patients

    As an administrator, let me prevent therapists from adding patients to Fusion because I only want appointed/trained users to create them in the system.

  15. Allow different co-pay amount per service type

    Allow me to set the co-pay amount based on the service type. Right now there is only one co-pay field per payer and we have payers that set different co-pay amounts based on the type of therapy.

  18. Add a relationship field to contacts

    Allow me to identify the relationship of a patient's contact. Sometimes we have grandparents, guardians, and caseworkers and we would like the staff to know the relationship/who they are in relation to the patient.

  19. Add referral expiration and reminder

    Our clinic has to keep up with treatment script expirations as well as referral expirations. Allow me to enter an expiration date for referrals and have Fusion remind me when the referral expiration is approaching.
