Don't edit when opening case notes
Don't allow me to edit the case notes when clicking to open it. Just allow me to view it and include an option to edit.

In the patient information screen under Patient Notes, have separate sections based on role. We want to separate out the Admin notes from the Scheduling notes.

When viewing the patient's information, add some kind of indicator if the patient doesn't have coverage entered. This would save me time from having to scroll down to see if any have been entered.

Allow me to specify what the date range defaults to when pulling up a patient's appointment list.

When viewing the patient's appointment list, make the default date range include previous appointments and not just present and future appointments.

Permissions to view/edit files uploaded to a patient
Allow me a way to limit who can view and/or delete specific files uploaded to a patient's information. We upload some files that only the admin or treating therapist need to view, and not everyone at the clinic.

Record original visits/units approved
Allow me to record the original number of visits/units approved for an authorization. When we request a new authorization we have to document how many units were previously approved and it would save me time if this was easily stored in Fusion.

Deactivate a payer (coverage) for a patient
Allow me to deactivate a coverage, but still keep the information in Fusion. That way when a patient's coverage changes, I don't lose all that information.

Greater visibility of alerts in patient information
We need to be able to see the patient alerts quickly from the patient's information and right now they don't stand out as much. It's easy to scroll past them.
