Keep "other" appointments the same color they were in old Fusion.

Make red line on calendar bolder
Make the red line that displays the current time on the calendar a solid, bolder line so it's easier to see, especially against certain appointment colors.

Don't change scroll position when adding users to the calendar
When I add users to the calendar using the Users filter, don't change my scroll position after I've added a user. If I scroll down and add a user, Fusion takes me back to the top of the list causing me to have to scroll back down to find my place.

Add clinic logo to patient's printed appointment list
When printing the patient's appointments from the schedule, add the clinic logo to the top of the printed document so that it looks more professional and they know what the appointment list is for.

Allow therapists to create different schedules
Allow me to create two different schedules and toggle between the two. For example, our summer schedule changes because parents either don't come during the summer or change their therapy time. Then they go back to their regular time in the Fall. It would be easier to save two different schedules (a Summer schedule and a Fall scheduled) rather than having to cancel appointments and remember to re-add them in the Fall.

Notify biller when a payment has been processed
When a payment is processed at patient check-out, send me a notification. As the biller for our clinic, it will help with checks and balances to make sure everything is recorded properly.

List patients first on charge summary
Display the patient's name first on the Charge Summary because that's how it was displayed in old Fusion.

Display services on charge summary
On the Charge Summary, list all the services like in old Fusion instead of displaying "All Services" because outside entities won't know what all services encompasses.

Add clinic information to the top of the charge summary
Add the clinic's name and address to the top of the charge summary. We have an outside entity that does billing for multiple clinics and the charge summary needs more identifying information.

Formatting of printed schedule
Add the time block headers to the printed schedule as well as the lines that separated the days, like the printed schedule in old Fusion. The schedule was easier to read with that formatting.

Make "other" appointments grey even if user color selected
Currently, "other" appointments are only grey when viewing preset appointment colors. Keep "other" appointments grey, regardless if I am viewing user colors or preset appointment colors on the calendar.

Add notes to printed schedule
Allow me to add notes when printing a schedule. If I print a schedule for a client, I want to be able to add notes directly to that page about their appointments.

View appointment reminder settings for all patients
Allow me to manage appointment reminders for all of my patients in one location. I want to be able to quickly view all my patients and see who is receiving appointment reminders by cell phone and/or email and manage those reminders from one place.

Add a daily unit total to the charge summary
Add a daily unit total at the end of each date of service in the Charge Summary because this was available in old Fusion.

Allow therapists to view the Charge Summary
Independent contractors need a simple way to verify their billing information without having access to insights. Without scheduling permissions, the charge summary is not available either. Please make this available.

Set default duration for appointments
Allow me to set a default duration for appointments. All of our appointments are 45 minutes and if this defaulted it would be one less thing I have to enter on the appointment.

Select date range when viewing goal data
When viewing a patient's goal graphs from Docs → Patients & Goals or from the appointment hover, allow me to select a date range and only view the data within that date range.

When adding users to my calendar using the Users filter, have the names appear in the same order that I select them.

When navigating back to the schedule, automatically display the calendar rather than the last page I was on.
