Apply one payment to multiple co-pays
When applying a co-payment at check-out, allow me to put in one lump payment that can be applied to multiple co-pays.

All therapists week view
It is difficult to view the All Therapists Week View due to some features that are missing in the update when compared to old Fusion.
Not having a black border around the individual appointments makes it more difficult to distinguish one appointment from another and they all seem to run together.
I'm not able to hover over an hour block of time and view all of the appointments. It's more tedious trying to select each individual appointment to view.
It's difficult to determine the therapists' color because the indicator or "key" at the bottom is gone. I'm unable to quickly…

Allow users to change calendar colors
As a user, allow me to change the colors for all the users or presets on my calendar so that my schedule can be colors that I like.

Populate co-pay amount at checkout
When I check-out a patient, have the co-pay amount that is listed in Fusion populate in the check-out screen so that I don't have to enter it every time.

Include and require DOB & sex when adding a new patient
When adding a new patient, also include and require us to input the patient's date of birth and gender. This information is required for claims and we want to make sure we are capturing this and adding it to the patient's information so that we don't forget to later.

Allow therapists to add goals for another therapy type
Sometimes when therapists are busy, they ask other therapists to help out by adding goals to a patient. Allow me to add goals for another service type. For example, as an OT allow me to add PT goals to a patient.

Delete multiple unavailable times
When viewing unavailability, allow me to delete multiple unavailable times in bulk. Deleting each one separately takes a lot of time if I have a lot to delete.

Keep task list to the left of the calendar
Keep my Tasks as a drop-down to the left of the calendar so that I can view the calendar while also viewing the tasks I need to complete.

Only show the patient's goals for my discipline when accessing the goals from the appointment hover.

When I enter the time in and out on a daily note or document, update the appointment on the schedule to reflect that same time.

Co-pay information on kiosk
Add the patient's co-pay information to the check-in kiosk so that they can see the amount due when they get to the front desk.

Change format of receipts back to table
Change the format of receipts back to the table, like it was in old Fusion. It is much easier to read with how the information is presented in the old format and it looks more professional.

When viewing the calendar, only display the therapist's first name in the column heading instead of their first and last name.

Integrate with other scheduling software
Integrate with Acuity so we can set availability based on appointment types, so when that type of appointment is requested we can search for only those openings.

Allow all day appointments on the calendar
Add an "all day" option for the duration of an appointment, so I can easily block a whole day if there is a holiday or I am away at a class.
