When viewing the calendar for a particular location, don't display users who are unavailable at that location.

When printing the list of a patient's appointments, allow me to change what information is displayed. For example, allow me to include the primary contact's email address rather than the location of the appointment.

Different colors for each appointment status
Make each status of an appointment a different color. For example, make scheduled patients blue, evaluations yellow, progress notes green, cancellations red, no-shows black, etc. to make it easier to distinguish the different appointments.

Display repeating visits ending date
When creating a repeating appointment and choosing an end date, display the end date on the appointment hover and when editing the appointment. Right now it just displays the number of visits remaining and it's easier for me to see a calendar date so that I don't have to calculate this myself.

Don't display multi-therapist appointments separately on printed schedule
When printing the clinic's weekly schedule (displaying all therapists), multi-therapist appointments are displayed separately, which makes it look like different appointments even though it's just one. In old Fusion, the appointment was listed once with all the therapists names attached, which was much easier to read.

Change the type of font used on the appointment blocks, because it's difficult to read.

Insert kiosk check-in time into daily note
When a parent/caregiver checks-in for the appointment using the kiosk, have the time they signed-in insert into the "Time In" field in the daily note.

Make the date stay in that location when viewing the calendar so that when I scroll, I can always see the date.

Apply one appointment note to all visits in a day
If we have a patient that comes in for multiple visits on one day, allow me to write an appointment note and have it applied to all of their appointments for the day so that I don't have to type it every time.

Make the date centered on the schedule instead of it being aligned to the left.

Add a filter to the calendar so we can easily identify the new patients coming for their first appointment.

Add authorization reminder to the calendar
Add some kind of notification to the calendar if an authorization is expiring or has low units/visits. Sometimes I forget to check the reminders page and it would be easier to view them on the actual calendar.

Divide single appointment between therapist and aid
Allow me to create an appointment and display which time the patient will be with the aid and which time the patient will be with the therapist. Our aid sees patients for the first 15 minutes, but we don't want to create another appointment because that will produce another reminder and another document.

Allow me to add task reminders to the calendar
Allow me to add "tasks" to the calendar for a reminder so I can see it on the calendar with the rest of my schedule.
