Adjust column width manually
Allow me to adjust the column widths manually so I can make them the size that I want.

Clarify the status of multi-patient appointments.
When there is a pair or group of kids scheduled into one time slot, clarify the visit status for each patient. When it stays blue, no one knows that spot could be open unless they hover over it.

Enter start & stop time for other appointments vs minutes
When entering an "other" appointment, allow me to enter a start time and end time because it's easier than calculating the minutes.

Display appointment preset in main hover
Display the preset appointment type on the main appointment hover. Right now I have to click on another tab on the hover in order to view the preset, which is an extra step.

Only allow admins to delete appointments
Only allow the administrators at our clinic to delete appointments.

Add count for "packaged" appointments
We see our patients in "packages" with each package containing a set number of visits. Allow me to view on the appointment hover what visit number the patient is on in their package without setting up a recurring appointment.

Print/download document reminders
Allow me to print the screen displaying the document reminders. It would be helpful to print it so we can work on each patient and check them off as we go.

Allow therapists to run a treatment report
Allow therapists to run a treatment report for a specific time period that would include the patient's name, treatment date, units, and minutes to provide the therapist with a record that they could compare to payroll.

Sort therapist names alphabetically by last name
Display the names of therapists as Last Name, First Name on the calendar.

Allow therapists to edit access to locations
As a therapist, allow me to select which locations I have access to when making patient appointments. Out of all the locations, I only treat at about four and I don't want to have to scroll through 50 locations to find the one I need. It would be easier and the changes would happen faster if I was able to edit this rather than relying on an admin at my clinic.

Schedule a not busy other appointment
Allow me to schedule an "other" appointment that shows me as not busy.

Display patient nicknames on reminders
Display the patient's nickname on the reminders on the Schedule tab and Docs tab. We know the patient's by their nickname, seeing their first name is confusing and making it difficult to find the patient I need.

Allow adjusting of column height
Provide the option to adjust the calendar height along with the width. Normal blocks can be tall for users, not allowing them to see their entire morning (or afternoon) without scrolling.

Remove month from column headings on calendar
Remove the abbreviation of the month on the column headings on the calendar since the month is already displayed at the top.

Don't fade the font for canceled appointments
When an appointment has been canceled or marked as a no-show, don't fade the font. When the font fades I'm not able to easily see the patient name unless I hover over the appointment.

Other appointments from all therapist view
If a therapist has an other appointment alongside a canceled appointment, hide the canceled appointment. This makes viewing days that a therapist is out much simpler because you just see the one, long other appointment. The canceled appointments would be hidden.

Make appointment status icons darker on appointment blocks
Make the cancel, checked in, and no show symbols darker so that I can view them more easily, especially when viewing multiple schedules. The light grey icons are difficult to see.

Override filters when applying a group
When I apply a group, allow it to override any user filters I have already applied on my schedule. Right now, I have to clear my user filters in order to apply a group.

Decrease space between columns on document reminders
When viewing document reminders from the Schedule or Docs tab, decrease the amount of space between each column. Everything is very spread out now so it takes longer to see and not mix up which date a document is due.

Automatically change column width when applying a user filter from the all therapists view
If I'm viewing all therapists with my column widths set to "compact", have the widths automatically switch to "normal" if I apply a single user filter.
