Make today more prominent on calendar
On the calendar, make today's date stand out more so I can get to today's appointments faster.

Darken font and icons on appointment hover
When hovering over a patient's appointment to view information, the shaded grayscale font is difficult to read. Provide more contrast or a darker color for the font and icons so that I can navigate more quickly.

Display total attended on appointment hover
When hovering over the calendar icon on the patient's appointment, show "Total Attended" in addition to "Total Canceled" and "Total No Show". This would save time when reporting on patient attendance.

Display more of appointment note on hover
Allow me to view more of the appointment note when hovering over the appointment. In the update, you can only view the first line or so of the note, whereas in old Fusion you could view the entire note. I should be able to view the entire note without having to click to open it.

Default user when adding unavailable time
When adding my unavailable time on the schedule, have my name be displayed as the default user. Searching for my name every time when adding my unavailable is tedious. Have my name be the default name, but then allow me to change it if needed.

Trigger prompt for canceled eval-type appointments
For eval-type appointments that are marked as canceled or no-show, show a prompt that asks me if I want to change the next appointment to the same type that was just canceled.

Update payment methods from check-out
Sometimes we have entered a credit card more than once and duplicate cards are shown from the saved cards drop-down at patient check-out. Allow me to delete old cards or duplicate cards from the check-out screen so that I don't have to remember to go into the patient's billing account later to make the change.

When turning off reminders for a patient from the schedule, add a search bar so that I can quickly search for the patient I'm looking for instead of scrolling through the entire list.

Weekly prompt to update appointment statuses
At the end of the week, send a prompt to therapists reminding them to update appointment statuses. We have therapists that forget to check-in patients which can impact reporting.

Allow me to select a default location for scheduling to reduce clicks while scheduling appointments if there is one location that is used more frequently than others.

Navigate to patient's goals page when accessing goals from the appointment hover
When hovering over a patient's appointment and clicking to view goals, take me to the patient's goals page because that's what happened in old Fusion.

Display the physician's fax number on the Rx Expiration Reminders page.

Display total visits on hover when showing number canceled & no showed
On the appointment hover, tell me the total number of visits next to the number canceled and no-showed. For example, rather than reporting Total Canceled: 9, report Total Canceled 9/12.

Make the "no results found" message more obvious when adding a physician
When adding a physician to a patient's information, if I type in a physician's name and that physician wasn't found, make the "No Results Found" message stand out more. It's not obvious and I've gone on to the next section without realizing a physician wasn't actually added.

Add option to print other appointments
When printing a schedule or list of appointments, allow me the option to include "other" appointments in the printed list. Right now "other" appointments appear on the printed list and sometimes I don't want them included.

Hide calendar headers
Allow me to hide the headers that are on the calendar (i.e. my name and service type). I only ever view my schedule and having the headers takes up space.

Auto-fill from last appointment
When creating an appointment for a patient, after I type in the patient's name have the remaining information auto-populate (preset appointment, location) as these typically don't change from session to session and it would save me time.

Make the appointment status a drop-down menu, like it was in old Fusion.

Slow down scrolling when re-ordering therapists
When I need to re-order people in my group, the scrolling mechanism scrolls too fast for me to easily place someone in a different position. Please slow down the scrolling so it's easier to re-order.

Display patient nicknames on reminders
Display the patient's nickname on the reminders on the Schedule tab and Docs tab. We know the patient's by their nickname, seeing their first name is confusing and making it difficult to find the patient I need.
