Display appointments with one-time account payments as checked out
On the appointment block, show me if I have checked the patient out even if I only applied a one-time account payment. If I'm not sure if it's been checked out I have to go over the billing account to double check and that takes too much time.

Change email address that reminders and documents are sent from
When patients receive an appointment reminder in their email or an invoice/therapy document, the email comes from “Fusion Automated Email”. Have it changed to the clinic's name. Patients sometimes overlook the reminders and emails because they don't know about Fusion and thought the email was spam.

Add appointment note when creating/editing an appointment
When I add or edit an appointment, allow me to add an appointment note from that screen instead of having to save the appointment information and then add the note from the hover.

Print co-pay receipt at any time
Allow me to download/print the receipt for a copay payment made after the transaction. If a patient requests another copy of it at a later time, there is no way for us to access/print it.

Copy appointment
Allow me to copy an appointment and paste it to a new timeslot. For canceled appointments that are re-scheduled, it would be easier to just copy and paste it to a new date and time.

Trigger authorization deduction by appt. status change
Right now, the authorization deducts when charges are submitted from the daily note. However, sometimes it takes our therapists some time to complete their notes. Have the visit deduct when the appointment is checked-in so I have a more accurate picture of how many visits are remaining in an authorization.

Allow me the option to repeat appointment notes for a series, so that the same appointment note is displayed on every appointment in a series.

Open the daily note from the appointment hover
After I check-in an appointment, allow me to quickly open the daily note from the same screen so that I can make some quick notes without having to complete the whole document.
