I want the ability to add a tag or identifier to an entry on the Waitlist so I can easy distinguish between new patients, returning patients, etc.

Add start date to the Waitlist
I want the ability to add an optional start date for a patient to the Waitlist. This would allow me to add a patient to the Waitlist and know when the patient will be ready for a scheduling change in the future.

Copy a scheduled appointment
On the calendar, I want the ability to right click on a scheduled appointment. and select an option to "copy" the appointment details. Then, right click to "paste" the appointment details in another place on the calendar.

Show canceled and no show % on appointment
When hovering over the patient's attendance on the appointment block, display the percentage that the patient canceled and no-showed. A patient that has canceled 2/3 appointments paints a different picture than a patient that has canceled 2/20 appointments.

When I attempt to book an appointment and I receive a message that there is a calendar conflict, tell me what the conflict is so that I don't have to search to figure out what it is.

Add an "Expected Payment" field to the patient's information so that we can enter the anticipated amount the patient will be paying based on the co-payment, co-insurance, deductible, etc. OR for private pay patients so the front desk knows how much to collect.

Edit appointment location if document is drafted
Allow me to change the location of the appointment even if the associated document has been drafted. Sometimes appointments get scheduled in the wrong location and I don't want to have to delete the document and start all over again.
