Alert for over-scheduling
If I see a patient for 120 minutes a week based on the script from the physician, have Fusion alert me if I'm scheduling an appointment over that allotted time.

Different appointment alerts
Allow me to set-up more appointment alerts that are different colors. Right now we only have one option for red alert bell on the appointment block, but I'd like to create other alerts that are different colors to differentiate medical alerts from therapy alerts.

When adding a task, allow me to include a patient's name in a separate field that links to that patient.

Mark Rx reminders
When viewing the Rx reminders, it's hard to tell the status because the reminder doesn't go away until the patient's information has been updated. It would be nice if there was a way to notate whether we still needed to take action on it, or if we were waiting on a response from the physician.

Mark document reminders as scheduled
Add a checkbox column in Document Reminders so that I can check off a box to mark it as scheduled. I look at this list and I'm not sure if it's already been scheduled or not.

Display primary therapist next to document reminder
When viewing the list of document reminders, display the primary therapist's name so that we don't have to search to see who the therapist is.

Differentiate patients with the same name in patient search
When we have two patients with the same name, display a way to differentiate them when using the patient search. In old Fusion, it would display an ID number or their primary location, but that isn't available in the update.

Display service on receipt
When a co-pay is made at check-out, display what service the co-pay is for. In old Fusion, the line item would read, "Co-payment for Speech Therapy Services" and this information was helpful if parents had to submit receipts for their FSA.

Have a link to the major insurance verification sites so that we can verify a patient's insurance through Fusion.

Formatting of printed schedule
Add the time block headers to the printed schedule as well as the lines that separated the days, like the printed schedule in old Fusion. The schedule was easier to read with that formatting.

All therapists week view
It is difficult to view the All Therapists Week View due to some features that are missing in the update when compared to old Fusion.
Not having a black border around the individual appointments makes it more difficult to distinguish one appointment from another and they all seem to run together.
I'm not able to hover over an hour block of time and view all of the appointments. It's more tedious trying to select each individual appointment to view.
It's difficult to determine the therapists' color because the indicator or "key" at the bottom is gone. I'm unable to quickly…

I want the ability to send emails to patient contacts directly from the Waitlist about upcoming schedule availability.
